1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Butter’s platform, mobile applications, website, or services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

2. Services Provided

Butter offers a suite of tools and features for social media content management, analytics, repurposing, and marketplace transactions, including but not limited to:

  • Posting CRM: Manage and distribute content across connected accounts.
  • Analytics CRM: View performance metrics and track traffic attribution.
  • Repurpose Engine: Generate and optimize short-form video content.
  • Marketplace: Buy/sell accounts, services, and growth offers through an escrow-secured system.
  • Task Management: (coming soon).

We may update or change features at any time, with or without notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account, whether or not you authorized them.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
  • Post or distribute content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates applicable laws.
  • Circumvent or attempt to bypass any security measures.
  • Engage in activities that could damage, disable, or impair the Services.

6. Marketplace Transactions

  • All Marketplace transactions must occur through our escrow-secured system.
  • We are not a party to the actual transaction between buyers and sellers but may mediate disputes.
  • Sellers must deliver agreed-upon goods/services in the described condition and timeframe.
  • Buyers must release escrow upon confirmed delivery.

7. Content Ownership & License

  • You retain ownership of any content you upload to Butter.
  • By using the Services, you grant Butter a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your content for the purpose of operating the Services.
  • We do not claim ownership over your content.

8. Intellectual Property

All code, features, design, and branding of Butter are owned by HelloButter Inc. and are protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our IP without prior written consent.

9. Payment & Subscriptions

  • Some features require a paid subscription.
  • All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • Prices and billing terms may change with prior notice.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful conduct. You may terminate your account at any time, but any outstanding obligations remain.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HelloButter Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, resulting from your use of the Services.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on our website. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
